
Linda Hall, MA,
MCC, is a full-time coach supporting executives in transforming their
leadership, their organizations and their lives. Her strength is in guiding
and integrating an executive's development with their efforts to make
impactful change and lead for bottom-line results.
She often expands her
coaching to include members of a client's team, partnering with them for
a coach approach to leadership and team
development, corporate culture change, strategic planning, decision
making processes and other organizational development processes.
Linda
has been a founding Associate of the Leadership Center of the Milano Graduate
School of Business, New School University where she served as lead coach for
their Leadership Development Experience program. She is a speaker/trainer of
her programs "Leader as Coach", "Leader as Motivator" and "Taking Charge as an
Executive". Linda founded and has facilitated the Executive Roundtable, peer
coaching groups for senior executives since 1993.
Linda is credentialed
by the International
Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach and is a graduate
of Coach University and Corporate Coach University International. She brings
more than 20 years of executive experience to her work, most recently as
Executive Director for AFS Intercultural Programs in New York and President of
United Arts in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has earned a BS degree in
Communications and a Masters degree in Business from the University of
Wisconsin, along with Masters Certification in Organizational Development from
the New School University Milano Graduate School of Management in New York. She
is a certified instructor of Corporate Coach University's Coaching Clinic and
is certified in Myers Briggs and other assessment tools.
Linda is mother to two children and lives and works from
her home base in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, near New York
City.
