This program, led by a team of seasoned
leadership development professionals, is grounded in a thorough
understanding of both adult learning theory and the most current understanding
of how to create meaningful learning opportunities for leaders. We provide a
fast moving, thought provoking program that is taught through several
complementary methodologies, such as:
- Assessment processes
- Experiential exercise
- Theoretical models
The program heightens the awareness of your leadership
skills, style and approach. We enable you to develop plans for
strengthening your skills and to create a template for enhancing your
organization's leadership effectiveness. We offer feedback and coaching
from facilitators, executive coaches, and peers for a full four months from the
start of the workshop. Included as part of our program:
- Five-day workshop
- Four months of continued coaching from facilitators,
coaches and peers
- Individual developmental planning
- One-on-one coaching
- A final leadership forum
