Today's successful leaders excel at the art and
craft of inspiring others to want to work toward a shared vision. This
practical, highly participatory program develops the strategic leadership
skills of visioning, motivating and facilitating buy-in of others for use
in the day to day challenge of managing for results.
As a result of this
workshop you will:
- Learn an approach for diagnosing what leadership
strategies are needed.
- Clarify your own ideas and values and synthesize them
into a personal leadership agenda you can use in a variety of settings to
teach, inspire and mobilize others in your day-to-day work
- Become familiar with and practice methods and skills for
developing commitment and buy-in from diverse constituents drawing from the
fields of group process facilitation and coaching.
- Come away with a personal plan for using what you've
learned in your workplace.
